Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method, the Player's verification status, and the time of request. dtg128 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party banking infrastructure.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering precaution.
No Third-Party Payments: dtg128 does not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to accounts held in a name other than the registered Account holder. Any deposit from a third-party source will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposit Fees: dtg128 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which dtg128 accepts no responsibility.
dtg128 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
General Bonus Rules:
All bets placed on the dtg128 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or product category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.
Accepted Bets: dtg128 accepts wagers on sports markets (including football, badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports), live casino games, slot games, togel (lottery number draws), and other product categories as listed on the Platform at any given time.
Sportsbook Rules: Football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup are governed by the standard sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match postponement, suspension, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant market rules, which may include voiding bets or settling at the time of suspension.
Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be correct for the bet to win. If one or more legs are void, those legs will be removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs will be settled at the adjusted total odds. The Accumulator Boost is applied after settlement of all valid legs.
Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies to all markets and is displayed at the point of bet placement. dtg128 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or maximum payouts at its sole discretion, including for specific markets or individual Players.
Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction, dtg128 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. dtg128 will not be held liable for losses arising from platform errors where such errors are corrected in good faith.
Final Decisions: All decisions made by dtg128's trading, compliance, and operations teams regarding bet settlement, bonus eligibility, or account status are final and binding.

In the event of Account closure for violation of these Terms, any bonuses, pending bets placed using bonus funds, and associated winnings may be forfeited.
